The focus group is split into three sub-groups of ten individuals for each of up-coming training sessions;
Each training session lasts for 10 weeks and consist of Basic part - Work and Social skills development trainings (compulsory) and Market oriented (optional) trainings

Trainings are provided by the GENESIS staff and by invited trainers.

training Basic trainings will last for six weeks and will include both – Basic Work Skills and Social Skills

Basic Work skills cover topics as follows :

  • General work and office skills, workplace ethics
  • Basic IT skills,
  • Task Planning and Time-keeping,
  • Accountability and Financial literacy,
  • Small Business management principles

Optional, market-oriented modules are organised in accordance with results of the market survey and contain approximately 3-4 main directions per session.

Trainings in Social/Life Skills will last throughout training sessions either one day a week or to be more specifically delivered during the sixth week of the training session will cover issues like

  • Self-presentation and Confidence building,
  • Positive feedback approach,
  • Communication and Team Work,
  • Basic Human Rights and Citizenship,
  • Healthy lifestyle
  • First Aid skills
